Ignorance: Lack of knowledge

Ignorance is simply the lack of knowledge, we are ALL ignorant more or less. The
cure for ignorance is called learning.

Stupidity, Idiocy, Moronism: The deliberate worship/glorification of ignorance

It should be obvious that the cure for stupidity (ignorance worship) is much
more difficult.

Bravery: The ability to admit that you are wrong

This definition of bravery (in addition to the usual definitions) explains why
we worship ignorance. It's fear. We are afraid of learning because by doing so we
may find out that we are ... wrong!.

Evil: to actively discourage or prevent others from learning is an act of evil.

It is the relationship between these ideas that explains almost everything that
is wrong with the world today. In a democracy the more stupid and ignorant
the voters are the more stupid and ignorant the politicians will be!

You need to learn ... everything.
Obviously no one can learn everything
there is to learn. I maintain, however, that it is possible to see the big picture.
The Universe is a story connected by Time. Everything in it, everything that happens in it is connected
through Time. Your job as a citizen in a Democracy is to learn that story.
